Reviews and Ratings
I stayed in the Executive suite for the next 2 nights at the Milton Roma, which was a very nice room. However, the room at the front facing the street could get noisy sometimes. The location was excellent, right in front of the metro station and within walking distance to the Colosseum. The dining experience was anticipated after our previous visits and was enjoyed again on this occasion, offering a wide variety of food choices including gluten-free options.
My stay at the hotel was excellent for the price, and I would definitely stay here again. The room was big, very clean, and the breakfast included was one of the best I have had. However, being on the first floor meant noise from street/road traffic, especially sirens from emergency vehicles.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious, but filling up quickly made navigation a challenge, especially around tables during meal times. However, the noise level was a bit high, and a coat of paint near the luggage area wouldn't hurt. The service was a mix of VERY accommodating and dismissive, with some staff appearing genuinely happy while others seemed inattentive. The location was convenient, being right opposite a Metro station, but the response regarding nearby attractions lacked warmth and helpfulness. Dining options were varied and delicious, though the crowded dining room could be a downside. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
The hotel had a rough start with a noisy early morning disturbance by the staff, but the rooms turned out to be bright, tidy, and spacious with nice toilet and bath facilities. The service was exceptional from helpful and polite staff like Simone and Alessandro, except for some issues with staff driving recklessly. The location was fabulous, offering easy access to Rome's key attractions with excellent transportation options nearby. The dining experience was alright with a good variety of options at a discounted price.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were smaller and colder than expected, lacking robes and slippers, but they were well-equipped with necessary amenities and cleaned daily. The service was friendly but lacked knowledge of nearby pizzerias. The location was ideal, right by a metro stop, though some nearby stations were closed. The dining options were excellent, offering a variety of high-quality foods. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel. The room was a bit smaller than expected, but it was lovely and clean. The service was exceptional, especially in the breakfast room, and the proximity to the metro and Coliseum was a definite plus. The dining experience was good, though it could be improved in some aspects.
This hotel offers a lovely stay with clean and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast options, and a perfect setting to explore Rome. The only drawback is the limited variety in dining choices.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and clean, although the shower was a bit hit and miss with hot water. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to all transport links. The dining experience had a wide range of options, perfect for starting the day energized. The staff were incredibly kind and always had a smile, making me feel so welcome.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice and big, very clean and comfortable, but a bit small and could have used some refreshing. The service was mostly good, the staff was polite and friendly, which was the best part, but there were moments of indifference and impoliteness that made me feel unwelcome. The location, though under construction, made moving around the city easy, with several places to eat at a walking distance. The dining was elaborate with a wide choice of things, especially the cakes were exceptional. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
The hotel had charming rooms with a courtyard view, equipped with a coffee maker and plush towels. The lack of breakfast inclusion was a downside and adjusting the air conditioning personally would have been more comfortable at night. Overall, a cozy stay with a few hiccups.
The hotel offers a great location with easy access to public transport and walking distance to the Colosseum and fantastic restaurants. The rooms are spacious and pleasant, overlooking the garden bar area. However, the bed setup was not ideal with two twin beds combined, and the pricing could be considered a bit high.
The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation and within walking distance to major attractions. The rooms are clean, spacious, and nicely furnished, offering a pleasant stay. The service is friendly and accommodating, with notable staff members providing excellent assistance. The dining experience is satisfactory but could have more variety. Overall, a good value for the price with great location benefits.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfy, but the bathroom layout didn't prevent water splashing everywhere. The service was good, though the night staff seemed to rely on their managers a lot. The location was excellent, right opposite the Mazoni metro station and a short walk from the Colosseum. The dining experience was enjoyable with a good variety. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were wonderful, spacious, and had all the required amenities. It was so quiet facing the garden, even when the bar was open. However, cleaning consisted merely of making the bed. The service was outstanding, especially thanks to Rosaria at the desk who was always helpful and smiling. The location was superb, just 15 minutes away from the Coliseum, and the WiFi was strong and fast. The dining experience was on a different level, simply amazing with plenty of choices. The hotel facilities were great all around.
The hotel had some drawbacks like cold rooms with thin duvets and splashing water in the bathroom, but the staff were kind and efficient, the location was great, and the dining options were rich. The facilities overall were satisfactory.
